It has been a while since I shared a fudge recipe so I decided it was time to whip one up. Today's Cookies and Cream Fudge only takes 3 ingredients and a couple of minutes to prepare.
The hardest part of this easy dessert recipe is the refrigeration time and not diving in for a bite too soon. My husband John always asks me if it is time yet.
I always roll my eyes and promise him that he will get the first piece once the Oreo Fudge has set and is ready to be enjoyed.
We decided to share this decadent 3 ingredient fudge with my mother-in-law and my husband's grandmother in their weekly meal kit we bring over.
I try to balance out the sweet treats we bring them with casseroles and other main dishes so the delivery is not 100% desserts.
They told me this week that people have been coming over more so they are happy to get even more desserts to have to share when they have guests. I guess this is my fair warning that more dessert recipes will be shared soon on the site. LOL
This easy Oreo Fudge is the perfect easy dessert when you need to bring something to a potluck or party. A few minutes of prep earlier in the day and it is ready when you need it.
I love that you don't need to heat up the stovetop or oven for this recipe. Plus how can you go wrong with crushed Oreos and melted white chocolate chips combined with white icing? Hello YUM!
If you love Oreos I think you will LOVE this 3 ingredient fudge!
Ingredients
- Oreos
- White Chocolate Chips
- White Icing
Equipment Needed
Microwave Safe Bowl
Parchment Paper - Parchment paper makes it really easy to remove this Cookies and Cream fudge from the baking dish.
Spatula
Recipe Tips
We made this with white icing but you can also make it with a 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk. Just switch out the icing for the sweetened condensed milk.
Keep a couple of Oreos to the side to break up and sprinkle over the top of the fudge.
You can use a rolling pin or a knife to break up the chopped Oreos. It just depends on how thick you want the pieces to be in your fudge.
If you set the Oreo Fudge out for a few minutes before cutting it will be easier to cut into. A butter knife works great to cut through the fudge and Oreo cookie pieces.
Oreo Fudge Variations
If you want to change it up a bit check out these fun adaptations.
Chocolate - Use chocolate chips instead of white chocolate chips
Oreos - Use any of the amazing varieties of Oreos that are available right now including Mint, Birthday Cake, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and more!
