I would love to try the Apple Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie recipe. I make smoothies in the morning with fresh fruit, baby spinach, and yogurt. The only thing I would add to this recipe is some ground flaxseed.

I love apples and blueberries and who doesnt love smoothies but I think I would use frozen blueberries or fresh blueberries instead of pie filling they are full of sugar and stuff that isnt good for someone who is dieting or just wanting to eat healthy but thanks for sharing since I never thought of using apples in a smoothie. I will have to try using them the next time I make a smoothie.

Good idea! But what’s the difference if you first load the fruits, and then the milk? I always do it that way, and just curious…
